How is it different from the Zoho CRM mobile app?

Zoho's mobile app mirrors the full desktop CRM. FieldLog is focused on a single workflow — logging activity after a meeting or call — with purpose-built screens for outcomes and next steps.

What happens when we're offline?

FieldLog queues the activity locally and syncs it to Zoho automatically when the device is back online.

Can we bring other Zoho modules into the mobile app?

Yes. FieldLog ships with Leads, Contacts, and Calendar out of the box. If you use additional Zoho CRM modules on desktop — Deals, Accounts, custom modules, or anything else — we'll configure them into FieldLog during setup so your reps have what they need in the field.
